1st INCOMING Brainstorming Week

Dates: 21-24th of January 2020.
Place: Novi Sad, Central University Building

The first INCOMING project Brainstorming week took place between 21/01/2020 and 24/01/2020. During intensive 4-day event, researchers of partner institutions presented a large number of research work presentations and tutorial lectures. The project advisory board member, Prof. Branka Vucetic (The University of Sydney) presented a keynote lecture on 5G IoT communications on 21/01/2020. The event gathered more than 30 ICONIC researchers and 8 researchers from partner institutions.

H2020 INCOMING Kick-Off Meeting

Date: 20th of January 2020.
Place: Novi Sad, Central University Building

Kick-off meeting of INCOMING project took place on 20/01/2020 at the Central University Building in the campus of University of Novi Sad. The meeting gathered about 30 ICONIC researchers and 8 researchers from partner institutions. During the meeting, the project work plan is carefully reviewed as well as all the presentations and guidelines about H2020 Twinning projects presented at Twinning Coordinators Day that took place on 14/11/2020 in Brussels.

H2020 Project INCOMING started

H2020 Project INCOMING (Innovation and excellence in massive scale communications and information processing) started on 01st of January 2020. During next 36 months, this project will “twinn” researchers of ICONIC centre (University of Novi Sad) with leading EU research groups at Aalborg University, Chalmers University of Technology and German Aerospace Center (DLR). The project will establish 5G-IT-Hub which will be event organizing entity of ICONIC centre bringing together world-known experts in 5G technology with thriving ICT ecosystem in Novi Sad, Serbia and the region.
